Whenever I get invited to a child’s or baby’s birthday party, I usually only give money because of a couple of reasons. One, I’m not very good at choosing the right gifts, and I don’t want to give a gift that the child won’t even like. Two, I don’t have the time (or the patience) to spend a lot of time looking for a gift in the mall. When my sister’s daughter’s birthday was coming up, I just went out and jokingly asked what she wanted me to give her baby as a gift.
